Return Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS;  

 

Fate and Company gladly accepts returns on clothing that have tags on, are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective purchased online through our website.  

 

Free returns are offered on any merchandise within the first 7 days of delivery date. Please contact customer support within that 7 day window to receive this perk. 

 

If you are beyond the 7 day free return window, you are still in luck! We allow returns for up to 30 days from delivery date for your refund.  You will be responsible for the return shipping fee of $6.95 which is automatically deducted from the refund amount. 

 

Any return made beyond 30 days from delivery are eligible for a store credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee of $6.95 and will be automatically deducted from the credit amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If for any reason you receive your order and an item is defective or damaged we ask that you immediately contact customer care at support@fateandcompany.com within 3 days of delivery. We kindly ask that if possible, please provide a photo of the damaged/defective merchandise with your email.
