Meet the founder

Hello and Welcome! My name is Christa Lee and I am the founder and CEO of Fate and Company! I am a wife, mother of three, hair stylist, makeup artist, crazy hockey mom, messy bun wearing, disney fanatic and, of course, lover of all things beauty and fashion! 

I love to laugh, never take myself too seriously, my house is a constant mess, I have endless piles of laundry and french fries on the floorboard of my car. Just a regular gal with big boutique dreams! 

With the love and support of my husband and family I started Fate and Company in January of 2021 with one mission; to help the everyday woman look and feel confident getting dressed everyday! I have worked in the beauty/fashion industry for the past 11 years, and there is no better feeling than seeing that smile when a woman sees her true beauty.  

As an avid online boutique shopper myself, I love seeing all of the unique styles and fashions. I want trendy, comfortable, well fit clothing that makes me feel confident and fierce when putting them on! I felt a pull in this direction to start this boutique with the goal of just that; authentic, quality, and affordable fashion that aims to provide women effortless style and killer confidence.
